Start by  taking photos before it comes off the truck and call Melanie at 925-956-6152.  It has only happened once in 12 yers.  How we deal with the problem depends on the nature of the problem  but I will find a way to make it right.  I get that is a huge leap of faith.  I stand by what I sell and my word is important to me.  One w3ay or another I will find a solution you are happy with.

Physically no we do not although you can use a credit card to pay via paypal or if I send you an invoice you can pay via creditcard, e check, a variety of payment platforms or via ACH..   Cell service is limited at best where our warehouses are located.  Cash is king and there are discoucnts for cash payments..
